Driveway, Deck and Exterior

Exterior work from several jobs: a freshly paved and sealed asphalt driveway on a brick home, a covered deck framed in treated lumber with a rafter roof, replacement windows set into house wrap, a rear stoop with new stairs, and a poured slab for an outbuilding.

Exterior projects in central Kentucky have to survive freeze and thaw cycles, so drainage, footing depth and flashing get more attention than the parts you can see. The photos are straight from the crew's phone at each site.
